Since COVID things have changed for the better. Really clean, updated interior and the food is awesome. The salsa and chips are awesome. Slowly working my way through the menu. Everything has been good.

Been coming here since the mid 90s. Have never one time got bad food or service. I'm Eating their lunch special rn. Would highly recommend.

Update! Yes the menu has updated (prices at all restaurants) still loving my favorite Chicken Mole but hmmm. The rice seems a bit different and the flavor totally jumped out at me. The refried beans, which I usually avoid were even great. So happy I tried them again. We also tried a cheese quesadilla (very big!) with lots of sour cream and the Chicken Crema (the SO inhaled it, the rice and beans). We so wanted to try a desert but as you will see from my pics the portions seem to have increased and the plates are bigger than our last visit. Service was outstanding as usual and the restaurant and restrooms very clean. If you haven't been by in awhile, be sure and stop by. Met up with some friends for lunch. Very clean. Big plates of food, staff is polite and friendly and the meals are very good. This will be our lunch "go to" place now.

Every time we eat here it's great food and service. Huge portions for good price. Favorite Mexican food we go to! The carne asada burrito is huge with sour cream and guacamole

Sat at a booth in the bar and the bartender was so exuberant, friendly and clearly enjoys his job. We ordered the wings (they were great) and some queso from the happy hour menu. Also got a Cadillac margarita that was fantastic. We loved it and will be back..was enjoying the moment and didn't get photos darn it!

I had a burrito, my husband had a chili relleno and our child had a chicken quesadilla. Everything was very tasty and the portions were huge! We took half of mine and our daughters home and it was still good the next day. Staff was really friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

My buddy and I came here last night for just drinks. I don't know what it is -- something about the South like the Lakewood/Tacoma area has very good Mexican food...and drinks! I raved about this to my buddy too! We sat at the small bar and the tables are marked clearly where you can sit. It's been such a longgggg time since I've been to Mazatlan. This establishment though is the BEST! They have such pretty artwork and colors on the wall. We were served by Blanca -- the bartender and also server! Blanca, if you're reading this, thank you for being so friendly to us! You are a WHIZ with drinks! This wonderful woman can make you a coconut mojito and it's just right -- right blend of alcohol and coconut with mint leaves and a lime wedge. She then made me a strawberry daiquiri -- I'm telling you -- I could have both drinks again and again :D It is really that GOOD! The people here are friendly and Blanca will treat you well, no doubt. Definitely will come back again for the food some day and of course, drinks ;) They have a bean dip with the chips that is pretty good! Thank you for making our experience here a great one!
